From production to our warehouses, every month

Our transportation department plans and coordinates the movement of finished tobacco products from production to our warehouses across the United States, and from there on to licensed trade partners.

How a shipment moves

    Production

    Finished products are packed, labelled and prepared for dispatch.

  2. 02

    Loading

    Each load is planned, documented and released for transport.

  3. 03

    Line-haul transport

    Freight moves by truck from production to our warehouses.

  4. 04

    Warehousing

    Products are received, recorded and stored at our sites in NC, WI and OR.

  5. 05

    Delivery to partners

    Orders are shipped on to licensed trade partners.

Planned shipments

Every month our team schedules 100 to 150 freight shipments, so stock reaches each warehouse when our partners need it.

Traceable loads

Each shipment is documented from loading to arrival, keeping products traceable from leaf to warehouse.

Compliant handling

Shipments are reviewed against the labelling and transport requirements of each destination before release.
